FAQ

Q – How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

A – Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment is confirmed. Our aim is to deliver within 5 working days from payment being recieved, depending on your delivery area and truck availability.


Q – Can my minimum order include different bags of mulches eg. 2 Sugar Cane, 2 Tea Tree, and 4 Lucerne?

A – Yes, as long as your order is above the minimum $50 per order.


Q – Do you deliver outside of the metro area?

A– Yes we do deliver to some areas outside of metro Sydney.  If your postcode is not included in our website postcode search, then please email your details to us at delivery@mulchdirect.com.au and one our customer service team will contact you.


Q – Can I pay cash or cheque?

A – Sorry, we only except credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), or direct deposit.


Q – Can I split my order and have some mulch delivered to a different address?

A – No, all orders are delivered as a complete order to the delivery address that you give us.


Q – What is the minimum order?

A – $50 or 4 bags of Sugar Cane Mulch which is equivlent to $55.92 (including GST).


Q – Do I have to be home for the delivery of my order?

A – It is preferable that you are home for delivery of your products; however this is not always possible so please have an area available ideally outside the front of your house where the bags can be easily unloaded. Please note that Mulch Direct do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen goods after they have been delivered.
