DELIVERY INFORMATION
All products are delivered using utility trucks suitable to the size of your order.
Our trucks need a fairly flat area to unload the mulch, so please have an area available ideally outside the front of your house where the bags can be easily unloaded.
It is preferable you are home for delivery of your products. Please note that Mulch Direct do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen goods after they are delivered.
Delivery details of all orders will be provided in an email confirming an order has been placed and confirming payment has been recieved.
Our aim is to deliver within 5 working days, depending on your delivery area and truck availability.
